General conditions
| Enrolment |
| To enrol, please fill out the enrolment form and send it to us. On receipt of our acceptance please send us a deposit of 100 € by visa or bank-transfer. The application is not valid until the school is in receipt of the deposit. If you wish to book accommodation please send us a deposit of 80 €. |

| Conditions of payment |
Payment should be made during the first two days of the course either by transfer, visa or cash. If payment is not done the student should leave the school and the accommodation and the school will keep the deposit. En case of a bank transfer the costs are paid by the student. |
| Cancellation |
If notice of cancellation is given at least six weeks before the course starts, a refund of the deposit and any other fees already transferred will be made, less 60 € for administrative expenses. If cancellation occurs later, the school reserves the right to retain the deposit, but will refund any other fees already transferred. Once the course have started all payments made for the course and accommodation are not refundable. |
